When our staff does an install of the Axis Product we make sure that the application is setup correctly, your rates and packages are created appropriately, and your backup routines are in place and redundant. In addition, we make sure that all your client machines are equipped with the latest remote control software so that we can fully support your desktop questions. If you have a question on your client machine, simply call our support staff and we will remote control your desktop over the phone with you. If you need special care, we will arrive at your location and support you there as well. We understand how busy our clients are during their season and how most motels and hotels do not have a dedicated IT staff. Exnelo becomes that dedicated IT staff. When our installation is completed you will have your routers configured and ready to go, you server setup and backups ready to run, and your desktop machines setup for all the necessary support.
