Exnelo can provide real-time desktop support for any Windows machine that has an Internet Connection. Click on the download link below and follow the instructions below.

1. Your browswer will ask you to install an add-on. Click "Allow" and hit "Yes" to the prompts to install.
2. A client id box will provide you a number. Call the Exnelo support line at 609-953-7000 and provide them with the client id or select the link to email the client id to helpdesk@exnelo.com.
3. Once the help desk technician connects to your machine you will be prompted to "Accept" the connection.
4. The help desk will connect to your PC to assist you. You are now ready for support.
