| Exnelo can provide real-time desktop support for any Windows machine that has an Internet Connection. Click on the download link below and follow the instructions below.
- Wait 1 - 2 minutes for the client agent software to download to your computer
- When a message box displays on the screen, describe it to the Exnelo Support Technician. The technician will tell you when to click "Install" or "yes"
- Wait for 15 - 30 seconds. Next, you will notice a countdown timer in the lower left hand corner of the browser (NOTE: if a security application like Norton is running, security messages may appear, please select “Permit”)
- Your session code now appears in a small gray box in the center of your screen (ex.A-45EF), please tell the technician this number
- You are now ready for support, please close all browser windows
