The Axis system is a true 32 bit client-server database system which allows the user the ability to manipulate all of the necessary aspects of the motel/hotel industry. System is built on a real database system (Sybase). This company is the leading database system in the financial arenas. The system is an “all in one” system linking together the necessary customer information as well as the reservation information. It is designed for the users who may not have a lot of computer experience. The screens are laid out in a simple fashion allowing the user to quickly acquire the few skills needed to administer the program. The system features a customer and reservation searching mechanism that allows the user to search on virtually any criteria.
