Bills/Folio:

Two standard reservation bills can be printed at any time. Those bills consist of a summary and detail bill showing the property logo and contact information. All taxes are displayed and totaled. Bills are printed on regular paper. No preprinted paper is necessary.

This summary bill sums up certain values for a more concise bill. You can add comments to the top of the bill before printing. These comments are saved in the database. You can also send an e-mail confirmation to the customer from this tab page if you have purchased the e-mail add-on package. Please see Exnelo's website for details.

To e-mail the customer, your computer must have a connection to the Internet. After selecting the e-mail customer button, an e-mail window will appear. The text of the letter can be edited, but the letter will appear exactly as it appears on a paper copy. It will be created as an Adobe PDF document and mailed as an attachment. The customer that is mailed this will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on their machine. This software is free and available at Adobe's website (www.adobe.com).
