Two Taxes

The Axis system provides a robust rate design, which allows the user the flexibility to create an unlimited amount of rates and rate types. Daily and package rates can be easily created. Further, the system provides the ability to create a hierarchical relationship with the rate types. This allows for greater control over reporting.

Two standard bills can be printed at any time. A summary and detail bill showing the motel logo and contact information. All taxes are displayed and totaled. Bills are printed on regular paper. No preprinted paper is necessary.

The Axis system provides a rich set of reports including income and room ledger, customer mailings, etc. Custom reports can also be created by Exnelo. This functionality allows the user the ability to run, print, and export reports. The reports can be exported to multiple file types. Standard package includes 1 personal report.

For any given customer, comments can be entered in a free flowing text manner. There is no limit for the amount of comments that need to be entered. Comments can also be entered on a reservation level as well as a customer level.

Limited Comments

In addition to storing all customer information, the Axis system allows the user the ability to store as many family/friends as desired. This can be a great marketing tool for newsletters, birthday cards, etc.

Axis’s Grids can be sorted by all columns by clicking on the heading of that column.
